Trunk oil pipelines system development projects

Extension of the ESPO PS (Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean Pipeline System) at the Tayshet IPS (initial pumping station) – Skovorodino PS (oil pumping station) section up to 80 MTPA

Purpose of project implementation - To increase the throughput capacity of the ESPO-1 pipeline system up to 80 MTPA to ensure oil transportation for export to the People’s Republic of China and towards Kozmino SSOP (Specialized Sea Oil Port) as well as to the following refineries of the Russian Federation: RN-Komsomolsk Refinery, IOGC – Khabarovsk Refinery and VNHK.

Extension of the ESPO PS at the Skovorodino PS – Kozmino SSOP section up to 50 MTPA

Purpose of project implementation - To increase the throughput capacity of the ESPO-2 pipeline system up to 50 MTPA to ensure oil transportation for export via Kozmino SSOP, and to the following refineries of the Russian Federation: RN-Komsomolsk Refinery, IOGC – Khabarovsk Refinery and VNHK.

Revamping of trunk oil pipelines for transportation of oil to Krasnodar Territory refineries

Purpose of project implementation - Ensure oil transportation by Transneft trunk oil pipeline system to Krasnodarsk Territory plants (Afipsky Refinery, Ilsk Refinery).

Komsomolsk Refinery ESPO PS oil pipeline offshoot

To ensure the transportation of oil to Komsomolsk Refinery (RN-Komsomolsk Refinery), up to 8 MTPA.

Extension of OTP (oil trunk pipelines) up to 14 MTPA for oil supply to TANECO Refinery

Purpose of project implementation - To ensure crude oil deliveries via the oil trunk pipeline system to TANECO Refinery, at the maximum of 14 MTPA.

Extension of the Usa – Ukhta OTP and the Ukhta – Yaroslavl OTP

Purpose of project implementation - To ensure the possibility of receiving additional volumes of crude oil from the Timan-Pechora Basin into the oil trunk pipeline system.

Petroleum product trunk pipelines development project

Development of the trunk pipelines system for increasing petroleum products supplies to the port of Primorsk up to 25 MTPA. (the Sever Project)

Purpose of project implementation - To increase the volume of the diesel fuel pumped towards the port of Primorsk up to 25 MTPA.

Revamping of trunk pipeline system to increase the amount of petroleum product transportation to Moscow Region

Purpose of project implementation - The increase of light petroleum product (motor gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel) transportation and extension of motor gasoline type range for consumers in Moscow Region.
